Hello to all members of this community, In a recent post made on "BINDINGS" There was a great question came up and one that i would like to put up for debate.
From Stormsong.
if you want to get rid of them would you bind them to you... to bind some one you are binding there energy/ intentions with yours energy/intention to stop them...
doesn't that kinda keep them right there in your life in a manner of speaking?
Question???
I would like to know what your feelings are on "Are we binded to that in which we bind"

I think to a certain degree you are bound to anything you take any action on. The law of return. However, you may be binded to the action or the individual and that would largely be influenced by intent and wording, along with timing. Often times our mere interest in an issue with another person shows we are not ready to let go of them, because when you are truly ready to let go, you have no further interest in anything they do or say, you also have no interest in good or bad happening in there life. A big mistake we make is that we will say "I want so and so out of my life and I want this or that to happen to them." When you have a positive or negative interest in what that person experiences, you have not let go. And that, in and of itself binds you to them.
If you cast a spell or preform a ritual to only bind an action they are doing against you, and you can entirely release it and let it go after that, than you may not bind yourself to them. However, you may still experience the law of return in other areas of your life. A good question to ask yourself before doing this might be "Is the actions being committed by this person so harmful to me that whatever the law of return brings into my life because of the action I want to take less than what I am experiencing because of this person?"
