there is so much to be grateful for, So very much indeed. The sun drenching the earth each morning , the sounds of birds out side your window at dawn. the sound of children laughing. the rain against the window pane. Your life, Your material things, your health. so many things..
Yet. we move through life in such a rush we often forget to be grateful. which can aid in the onset of depression, anger, mental illness, physical ailments lack of faith. some times it get s drastic and may seem hopeless.
Yet ,when we actively take the time to be thankful.. to be grateful for things it lifts our soul up, even if you have a job you don't like.. shouldn't you be grateful to have a job at all? When is the last time you looked at a flower or beautiful picture and was thankful for its beauty in that moment?
So I invite you all to wake every morning to say thanks for things you are grateful for.. to become conscious of being grateful even when you think there is nothing to be grateful for..I assure you there certainly is if you think about it.
I name three things every morning when I wake.. its a good place to start
soo. What are you grateful for?
Today I am grateful for:
the love of my children the sun in my window as I woke the unconditional love of the man I love

I am thankful for all the beauty in the world that I might be able to see it. Even if that beauty is a forest fire...after the devistation there is rebirth in the earth.
