Hi Steve, It's fine by me,people do want to know whats going on with it. If you are still feeling them or it,I would try to get you some proof just so you don't think your going crazy. Photos,Cam...Evps all will help, let us know if you get anything more. Did you see how a haunting will use this time to act up more. Parasite Season trueghost.com/Parasite%20Season.htmIf you ask all the experienced Paranormal Investigators when their busiest time of year is, most of them will say November -February. My busiest time has always been January. This is around the time when I get the nasty ones.

truly Steve,it's not as scary going in search of a spirit until you feel ready to go after the Spirit in your own home.

Ha that was great gypsy.
Like i said in previous posts all my problems stem back to my emotions at the time that i began the craft and the things i did was very influenced by my feelings.
Some thing that intrests me, I have never had any sort of trouble from these Spirit things. may be they watch over me. could it be possible that they are some sort of guardian angle, or the likes. Was i going in to some kind of psychic stage of my work. And because of my fear i block it out. I still have so many things to look in to.
I find it very intresting that paranornal activity increasers at surten times, and that our emotions can make the diffrence. I think i will use this in my witchy work.

I have a friend that I am going to see in the next couple of weeks. Her son has shown a gift for seeing spirits around them. She is a very religious Mormon and is feeling very frightened by what they are experiencing. (She has also had some of the same "visions" in the past.)
She has asked me (against her beliefs) to make some kind of charm to protect her son from these spirits he is seein. Most of them have been benign...but some have not.
I would really appriciate any help that anyone could give me in making this charm.
I have start. I bought some onyx and tiger's eyes stones...and some sage/rosemary herbs to burn in the process. That is about as far as I have gotten.

This is interesting to me, my family orgins are heavily involved in the mormon church. My son has also had these experiences, he tells me about spirits he sees. I am curious as to why she feels this is against there religous beliefs and what exactly is frightening her? Do they frighten the child?

The child is frightened by some, but not by others. I have just gotten back from seeing them, and there is a great amount of spiritual activity in the area they live in. They live two blocks from Buffalo Bill's house. I made his charm, and had to explane to her that it was not going to stop him from seeing these things...he just needed to accept what was happening, and realise that they would not hurt him. To explain it to him, (he is 9) I told him that maybe they come to him because he knows they are there, and they were lonely. I wasn't sure what else to tell him. This seemed to help him. Even though the charm is partly a placebo, I think he needs a better understanding of what he is experiencing.
She beleives that any "magical" charm is not of God. Therefore it contradicts her beliefs. Spirits should not walk the earth, they should live in the celestial plane until their loved ones arive to spend eternity with them.

As I said, my family to is Mormon, also. You may want to point out to her that both the bible and the Book of Morman are full of stories of people here encountering and speaking with spirits. Are angels not spirits? One that she is surely familiar with is the Angel Moroni who spoke to Joseph Smith. Also, you should point out that Jesus, Moses, amoungst several other biblical figures were called magicians during there time, and something I have to say has always made me wonder, the three "Magi" which came to the baby Jesus.
The bible and Book of Mormon also contain many objects that are considered to be spiritually sacred, which is basically the same as a "charm" created for spiritual intention. One's she will probably be familiar with would be the Umin and Thurmin, Joseph's Coat, the practise of eating bread and water in Sacrament, Cup of Christ and the Arc of the Covenant. When one reviews the biblical scriptures and the Book of Mormon, you will find them filled with objects that contained spiritual energy for various reasons. Another question to bring up to her, are not the sacred garments that are worn under there clothing a type of spiritual protection, the same as her childs charm? I would point these things out to her and show her that your belief's are not as far apart as she may think.
Let me know how this goes, I am very interested because of my son's similiar experiences. Wishing you love and light,
Starr

Sarr,
I am so glad to hear from you...you have brought up a lot of very good points...I have spoken to her about similar things...she now just changes the subject. I think she is becoming more accepting of my beliefs as time is going bye. I don't want to push her, and she is begining to understand a lot better. Either that or she is becoming a lot more tolerant.
