I love this!!! I discovered a few years ago what a profound affect food has on us and the energy in our homes. When I changed my homes groceries from junk food to organic, improved our meals from meaningless calories of grease and preservatives to healthy balanced foods and started shopping at stores like Trader Joes, Whole Foods Market and Von's Pavilion Organic, the change in our home was unbelievable. The energy was soooo much better, my childs entire attitude became better, everyone was much happier, it is amazing how much power food has. I am so pleased you have this section, because home cooking has not been my strong point, lol. What a great place!!!
